Casumo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Casumo. These terms and conditions govern your use of our online casino and sportsbook services, and by creating an account with us, you agree to be bound by them in full. Casumo is operated by Recro Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with company registration number C77858, registered at The Unicorn Centre, Triq il-Uqija, Swieqi, SWQ 2335, Malta. For customers residing in the United Kingdom, we hold a remote gaming licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission, account number 61549, licence number 061549-R-336718-002. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Casumo casino, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. Our online casino is intended exclusively for the UK market, and we do not accept registrations from any Restricted Jurisdiction, which we define as any territory other than the United Kingdom. If you are located in or resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including as a temporary visitor, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our site.

When you complete Casumo login registration, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We require you to maintain a single account only; opening multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in closure and forfeiture of funds. Accessing your account through a VPN, proxy or any tool that masks your real location, or providing false information about your citizenship, location or residence, is treated as a Prohibited Activity under our terms and will result in immediate suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

We only accept payments made in British Pounds on our UK site. The minimum deposit across all available methods is £10. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking through open banking. Credit cards, cash and cheques are not accepted deposit methods. You may only use payment methods that are valid, belong to you as the account holder, and are lawfully yours to use.

Wherever possible, we process withdrawals back through the same method you used to deposit. Payments can only be made in the name of, and to, the registered account holder, and we do not permit transfers of funds between players. There is no stated minimum withdrawal amount, but we charge a £3 fee on withdrawals below £10, while withdrawals above £10 are processed free of charge.

We cap maximum winnings across all games at £120,000 per player per day, regardless of the stake amount or whether the bet was a single or multiple wager. Amounts above this cap will not be paid. This limit does not apply to progressive jackpot wins, which we pay in full without limit. We carry out additional verification on any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR 1,000, or on cumulative withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of EUR 2,000, and we reserve the right to apply verification checks to smaller payouts as well.

We aim to approve or deny a withdrawal attempt within three days, though delays in providing requested verification information will extend this timeframe. Once approved, we typically process withdrawals within a matter of hours. Please note that casino play is consumed instantly, meaning a completed game round cannot be cancelled or refunded by us.

Casumo Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Our casino welcome bonus offers a 50% deposit match up to £100 on your first ever deposit, with a minimum qualifying deposit of £20. You must opt in by clicking the Valuable before depositing, and this offer is available once only to new players aged 18 or over. The bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement and expires 7 days after being credited, at which point any unused bonus and related winnings will be removed from your account.

While a Casumo bonus is active, the maximum bet or spin permitted is EUR 5 or the local equivalent, including feature-buy or bonus-buy mechanics. This is also expressed as £5 per spin or £0.50 per betting line. You may withdraw your cash balance at any time, but withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Sports bets do not count toward casino bonus wagering, and we do not permit sports betting while a casino bonus is active on your account.

Our sports welcome offer, running from 21 May 2025, gives you a second-chance bet: if your qualifying bet loses, we refund 100% as a free bet up to £30. The qualifying bet must include at least 3 legs, with a minimum stake of £5 and minimum odds of 1.40 per leg, using cash only. Singles, system bets, Bet Builders, each-way bets, cashed-out or cancelled bets, horse racing and virtual sports are all excluded from this Casumo betting promotion. The minimum first deposit required is £10, and no separate activation is needed.

For our other Casumo casino promotions, wagering contribution varies by game type. Slots, jackpot slots, instant win games, scratchcards and keno contribute 100% toward wagering. Slots with an RTP of 96.8% or higher contribute 30%. Table games such as roulette and blackjack contribute 10%, live casino games and video poker contribute 5%, and baccarat contributes 0%. Bets placed on our sportsbook, live casino or RNG table games do not count toward bonus wagering at all.

Loyalty Program and Ongoing Promotions

Our loyalty program rewards every spin, bet, raise and fold with account progress, shown through a progress bar, and issues rewards as Valuables that may contain Bonus Spins, Deposit Bonuses or Bonus Money. Each Valuable displays its own validity period, eligible games and wagering requirement. Bonus Spins winnings convert to Bonus Money and typically carry a 10x wagering requirement, which must be completed within 60 days of claiming. We also offer Wager Free Spins, which carry no wagering requirement and require no deposit.

• Placing single bets of 20% or more of the bonus value before wagering is complete
• Wagering on games we have excluded from bonus contribution
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of our software
• Masking your IP address or using a VPN to access our services
• Placing contradictory bets across the same market to guarantee profit
• Switching bet patterns after a big win specifically to clear wagering requirements

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months while holding a real-money balance, we apply an administrative fee of £5 per month. We will notify you by email at least one month before applying this fee and will attempt to return your balance to your last used deposit method first. We may reimburse fees in cases of health-related or other reasonable circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee protection of customer funds in the event of our insolvency. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk, and we encourage you to gamble responsibly and within your means. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
